The Q2 Way 5-step process

Build a Baseline

We issue the Q2 Way survey to all your employees. This measures your organization across the three pillars of the HEAD, HEART and SOUL. We then run the Q2 Way qualitative group interviews with a cross-section of employees from various areas and levels across your organization.

Craft the Vision

We then run a design workshop to craft a vision and outline some key strategic goals for getting to Q2 so your organization can become a flourishing workplace.

Create the Future (Destiny)

We then support your organization executing the plan at leadership level and at organizational level, we track progress and celebrate success.

Reach Common Understanding

Once all the data has been gathered, we will share the results of the Q2 Way survey and interviews to all-employees. At this stage, we want everyone to reach a common understanding about where the organization is today and where the key areas for improvement are within the organization.

Design the Strategic Roadmap

We then run a second design workshop to create a strategic roadmap which will be the strategy to support your vision for Q2.
